Shopping online is easy!  You can order anytime by placing items in your cart.  Simply “checkout” when you’re ready to finalize your order.  Don’t forget to “confirm order” once your order is complete.  If you would like personalized service, please call us in the store during our hours of operation.  We are always happy to help!

After you checkout, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number.  You’ll receive a second email shortly after your order has shipped that will include a link you can use to track the status of your package. 

We make every attempt to ensure that the inventory on our site is current.  Please be aware that items in your shopping cart cannot be reserved and remain in inventory until they are purchased.  Should you order an item that has just sold out, we will contact you via email or phone within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, to discuss alternatives.  No worries, most items can be special ordered upon request.  You will not be charged for a backordered item until it ships. 

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Green Apples gift cards.  For security purposes, all credit card billing information must match your credit card.

Your credit card will be charged when we confirm your items are in stock. 

Sales Tax

Orders being shipped to addresses outside of California are not charged sales tax. Orders being shipped to addresses within California will be charged a 7.5% sales tax.

Canceling an Order

You may cancel an order anytime before it is shipped by calling us or email us at info@shopgreenapples.com. Make sure to include your order number in the email and we'll respond to confirm the cancellation. If your order has already shipped, just wait for it to arrive and follow the return instructions enclosed. Sorry, you will still be charged shipping on items already shipped.
