We offer free exchanges and easy returns for most items within 14 days of receipt.
We want our customers to be 100% thrilled with items purchased from our site. If you are not, we allow returns or exchanges of all non-sale items, excluding special orders or custom made items, postmarked within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Please check the receipt that was included with your package to verify the postmark date the package must have in order to qualify for a return or exchange. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition that they were received - unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all tags attached.
For exchanges, please email us at info@shopgreenapples.com or call our store during business hours so that we may assist you in exchanging your item. When returning or exchanging, please fill out the Return/Exchange form that was enclosed with your order, as we are unable to process returns or exchanges without this completed form. Indicate if you would like a return or exchange, which items are included, the reason code and the item you would like for exchange (if applicable). Then carefully pack and securely seal the merchandise. Please be sure to wrap the items in plastic to avoid any damage in transit, as we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged due to the fault of the shipper or poor packaging. We suggest shipping the package via a carrier that requires a delivery signature, as we are not responsible for any packages not received. After we receive your exchange request, the shipping fee is on us!
Don’t forget to include the original invoice with your return or exchange. We must receive this information in order to process your return. Please make a copy for your records.
For your convenience, a return shipping label is included with every order. Simply adhere to the outside of the package and mail at your discretion (postage not included). Green Apples is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We recommend shipping insurance on all packages. Any claims filed regarding shipping are the responsibility of the customer, although we are always happy to assist in any way possible. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.

For returns, your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. If you paid with a store credit or gift certificate, a new credit will be issued and mailed to you. We’ll send a confirmation email once your order has been returned and your refund processed. Please allow up to five business days to process your refund. It may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, as banking processing policies vary.
Our apologies, but special orders cannot be returned or exchanged. We offer this service to our clients free of charge, so thanks for understanding! We do allow returns or exchanges on non-clearance sale items, but all packages containing such merchandise must be postmarked within 3 days of receipt. Please refer to your confirmation email to verify the date the package must be postmarked in order to be accepted. All clearance items, which are discounted 50% or more, are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, we offer our sincere apologies for this inconvenience! Please be sure to notify us within 3 days by phone or email and we will work diligently to correct the situation. Be sure to keep ALL packing materials and the original box, as we will need this to file a claim with the shipper. We will pay for return shipping costs and mail a replacement item if one is available. The merchandise must be in the original condition it was received and have all tags attached.
We are unable to accept your return, exchange or issue a store credit unless you meet all of the criteria listed above. If your package fails to meet the criteria, we will send it back to you minus the shipping costs.
